Request for a cm_command for the new "Recently closed tabs" function.

I will just point out that a command like this can be usefull if "Show tab header also if there is only one tab" is disabled, because then there is no way to use the "Recently closed tabs" function if all tabs are closed.

Since the TC 11.00 command cm_SrcTabsList also shows recently closed tabs, there is no longer a need for a specific command to show recently shown tabs.
