[Implemented] TC 9.5b5 - Dark mode - Outline at the bottom of the tabstop header

In Dark mode I would really appreciate an outline at the bottom of the tabstop header - like this:
https://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/tabheaderbottomoutline.png in stead of the current:
https://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/notabheaderbottomoutline.png - at least
when Flat User Interface is disabled

The Explorer doesn't show one either. Maybe when flat user interface is disabled?
