Req: TC4A: New Connection and Download from list features to download from http(s)

In desktop TC, its built-in features "FTP New Connection" and "FTP Download from list" allow to download also from http and https. In Android version, FTP feature is available only after installing a separate plugin. So the request is to add "New Connection" and "Download from list" features to TC for Android for http(s) downloads only.
