Dark Mode for system Alt+Space window title context menu

Here on Vista 32-bit with classic theme, in Total Commander 9.50 beta versions up to 5, Total Commander main window title system context menu was partially black when TC was in Dark Mode:
* if it was called by Alt+Space, it was all black except "Minimize" menu item which used system colors;
* if it was called by right mouse button click, "Minimize" and "Close Alt+F4" items weren't black.
Also, black theme disappeared from particular menu items if to:
* move mouse pointer mouse over some menu item and then move pointer out of it;
* switch to some menu item using keyboard up/down arrow keys, and then to switch to next item the same way.
Since TC 9.50 beta 6, after following change:
Even though the dark mode wasn't flawless in that system context menu, I think was better than current completely not dark menu.

TC window title context menu is not dark here at all anymore.15.11.19 Fixed: Dark mode: The system menu (Alt+Space) had white background with dark borders (32/64)
