Changing FS-plugins names in Network neighborhood (cm_OpenNetwork)

I don 't know why it 's still not, but it's logical to be able to do it in a more convenient way (Network neighborhood/FS-plugins list) than through dialogue in settings.

Interestinly enough Shift+F6 on FS-plugins opens up for editing their names, but it is not saved.

Hotkey can be much more convenient. But, of course, it is not only about cm_RenameOnly, but also about cm_RenameSingleFile.

Suport++ so users dont have to manually rename key-names in [FileSystemPlugins] & [FileSystemPlugins64].
