Short cut keys in TC same as in Windows File Explorer?

In classical Window File Explorer, I used to use keyboard shortcut cntrl+shift+N to create new folder.

Is it possible to set same definition to this shortcut key in Total Commander (create new folder)?

Also, create same definition of shortcut keys as in Windows Explorer (alt+P to toggle preview pane for example).
list can be found on Microsoft site.

Thanks,
Mathijs

Can Total Commander be improved to include an option in settings so that (for those who want it) use same key definitions as in classical Windows Explorer.

Thanks,
