When you write H i t l e r (without the spaces) it automatically changes to "dictator". NO FREEDOM.

IMO freedom is for people who can use it. Here we have enough freedom.

NO, we are FREE to say whatever we want
In my opinion, if someone wants to tell here something that is restricted, he came to wrong place...

We are free to do and say anything we want as long as that does not opposes to the freedom of others. That's the rule! ;)

We are slaves of Christian Ghisler anyway :-)
Imagine if he stopped working on TC

Speaking of this, what would happen if Christian stopped working on TC? Or -God behold- something 'unpleasant' happens to him. Hope he adds to his Last Will that TC should be continued by others of his company or it be open sourced.
Things as 9/11’s and Tsunamis should remind everybody that one's final hour could be coming round very unexpectedly (and as I type this, it will be for somebody on earth!)

Or Mr. Bush decides that Switzerland is the centre of all the world's evil and commands the U.S. Army to bomb it to pieces.... (just to mention a more realisitc scenario).

I voted No, simply because there are forum rules.
I could have voted Yes, because i have the freedom of applying those rules or not. A free choice.
Demanding freedom of uploading a post with 3 million capital 'A's, or a bitmap with a width of 8096 pixels, is a ridiculous one, and one shouldn't complain about restrictions of this. It's according to forum-reality.
Freedom is to be able to choose for one's own common sense.

And I don't agree with the concept of 'slaves'. If TC had no users, it wouldn't mean much.
I consider myself more as a 'fellowman', trying to give some contributions, if relevant.
More as a member of the family. Of course CG can pull out the plug of this, but I'm sure that after that, a forum like this, would continue in another form, in another place.

We have lots of freedown to say what we want but the responses are often from people who (a) pretend they don't understand or (b) really don't understand.

So I get the freedom to speak but not to be understood.

Just crazy!
