Question about super_wdx plugin

The changes has been made on setting interface mostly. I mean it's became easy and more comfortable to work with.
- By default setting are used right after they made.
- It's became easy to tune your plugins columns. You can use "+" tab to add new column. To delete column, you can middle-click to the proper tab. In general, this interface looks like TC, IE, Opera and other stuff like that.
- There is a list for all custom folders. Now, setting up for the custom column doesn't blow up your mind.
- You can easy work with plugins over menu, like you do it using TC.
- Saving all settings in one zip type directory was taken off, because it was wrong idea and it didn't work properly.

The plugin has been optimized just a little.
Anyway, we consider the development is going on.
I'm waiting for your bug reports and suggestions.

Here is a little updated version 2.3.0 beta 2. It contains some bugfixes (mostly related with a interaction to a ShellDetails plugin).
