Numeric variables offset ?

Hi.
I ask for enhancement - numeric variables offset.
For now I call it ":ofs" with parameter "x" number - explained later...
For example - if would be the week variable [w] implemented - and I want to rename all backup files from last sunday following week number minus one because I do backups at mondays and the week number is already increased...
At 27.07.2020 it is monday and week number 31 and I want to rename backup files:
Case: Backup week [w:ofs-1] - [N]
filename 1.rar
filename 2.rar
->
Backup week 30 - filename 1.rar
Backup week 30 - filename 2.rar
