Is there an easy way to get such links by the user, who is not interested in a deep dive into the structur of the helpfiles (easy: without having a look into the help sources, which, as I know, you had done because of darkhelp, which I by the way would never use...)?

Right-click in the help page and select Properties. Then copy the Address (URL) and replace "mk:@MSITStore:" with "hh".

Why now? This could have been done before (not only on AHK). We are talking about the absence of the need to resort to slower and more voluminous (thirty times) means, especially after so many years.
In addition, TCFS2 has such a thing as 'undo', which gives its own advantages when rendering.
