There is more than one way to make proper selection before using MRT. For example, you can use Search (Alt+F7) to find api-ms files, then use F2 to find console-l2 in the search results. And only then you should feed nedeed results to listbox, select them and use MRT.

its mainly about adding a visual helper. not about adding more steps to a simple rename operation which aren't really neccessary for the desired result.
