I would like to suggest an new menu entry to let the user easily collect all necessary information for an help request.

Like a mix of "HELP menu > About Total Commander..." and "COMMANDS menu > System Information..."

So the user can just paste all need information into a forum post.

Something like an dialog as such:

======================================================
Total Commander Version 9.51 32 bit (2020-03-25)

Settings files:
...wincmd.ini
...wcx_ftp.ini
Settings files folder writable:
Yes

Program file:
...TOTALCMD.EXE
Program file folder writable:
No

TC-Settings: (thanks petermad)
LanguageIni=WCMD_DEU.lng
Mainmenu=WCMD_DEU.mnu

Windows version Architecture + Build: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.1440] = 1909 ; 64-bit

Windows folder writable (has admin rights):
No

Temp dir: C:\Users\My user Name\AppData\Local\Temp

Computermodel: xyx 2018 (maybe)
HDD space / Free: 800GB / 250GB
RAM space / Free: 16GB / 11GB

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\
iCountry: 49
LocaleName: de-DE
sCountry: Germany
sLanguage: DEU
sLongDate: dddd, d. MMMM yyyy
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\
PreferredUILanguages: de-de
=========================================================================
     [Close]         [Copy to clipboard]          [Save into TC folder]         [Open TC-Forum]
=========================================================================

We could do such thing already with an VBScript or such, but would be better already build-in.

Any other suggestion?

What do you think?

What is missed on info?

Maybe the used language file or none (internal English) - there have been several bugs that was only present with internal English and not with a language file in use - and vice versa.
