you can copy/move files and folders by dragging them onto the folder tab (normal and locked tabs) without confirmation.

with "locked but dir changes allowed"-folder tabs you get a copy/move confirmation dialog.

my suggestion is to keep the "no-confirmation" when you drag the files on the root tab and only show the dialog when the tabs directory is changed.
