Overwrite dialog: add "Resume all" where "Resume" button is already available

In some cases TC shows Overwrite dialog with a button "Resume" which allows to resume the copy process for the file, for example this happens for files partially downloaded from WebDAV plugin.
As far as I understand, "Resume all" feature should be supported for FTP transfers since Total Commander 6.0 (2003), but I use FTP rarely and didn't check whether it works there, though on forum I saw some much newer posts with requests to implement "Resume all" for FTP (e.g. viewtopic.php?t=17660 from 2007).
Anyway, it would be nice if Total Commander would also show "Resume all" button in Overwrite dialog for all the cases where it already shows "Resume" button.
