"Options" for Quick View mode

My suggestions continue some way this thread: Access Lister's menu in QuickView

It's a known incompleteness of Quick View, when we view a content of current file on the opposite panel using embedded Lister, but don't have access to any Lister menu. In particular, switching from full-size image view to Fit image to window / Fit only large image to window is a bit tricky, it works only by key command: need to make active the QV panel (Tab key or mouse click), press F or L key, then return back to file list (Tab or mouse click). The same problem is with changing the view mode: keys 1, 2, 3... do work, but user has to memorise the shortcut keys (or open Lister / look at TC manual).

I see two possible ways to improve this by adding the menu Options to main TC menu or adding the context menu to Quick View panel. The suggestions do not require changing in context Tab-related menu and may work if only one tab is opened.

1) Adding the submenu Options just below the Quick View Panel in Show menu. Normally this submenu will be inactive (grey), but in Quick View mode it becomes active and works directly with this panel. Of course, it is the same menu as in Lister, so any change here affects the normal Lister window.
2) As people suggested before, the context (right-click) menu Options may be added to Lister in Quick View mode.

The first way may be preferrable because it will also work in Explorer Preview mode (8), while the context menu cannot work outside of Lister. For example, Explorer Preview of Word documents has its own context menu.

There is a better place for context menu - current directory bar. For Quick View it displays current file name, short right click works as long right click now
and shows History menu. For me right click could show full Lister menu, not only Options - whatever is easier to implement.
