I would find it better if both [RightHistory] and [LeftHistory] ALWAYS have the entry "0=c: \" and NEVER something like "0=x:\any\another\folder\" .

This is not a bug report, this is a feature request, which should be made in the TC suggestions (English) section...

Could you use more descriptive subjects, please? Short identical subjects mean nothing but spam. Notice that [extension] tag is misleading - it's like plugins or addons.
