When I select equal files in sync dirs and click "Delete on both sides" I have to confirm this action twice - for left panel and for right panel.
Make this confirmation with one click for both panels.

I'm moving this to "Suggestions", I think it's safer to ask for each side separately.

May be you slightly change behavior?
Now, after click "Delete on both sides" for big folders: confirmation for left - Yes - Waiting for Deleting left (5 min or more) - confirmation for right - Yes - Waiting for Deleting right (5 min or more). So I can't go away while left side don't be deleted.
I suggest so: confirmation for left - Yes - confirmation for right - Yes - Waiting for Deleting left and right.

Hmm, what should happend when the user chooses Yes for the left and No for the right side? He may want to abort the entire operation...

Maybe use Yes / No / Cancel?
Still, I think it would be strange UI design to ask for two half-confirmations of basically one action. Maybe ask: "Delete on both sides? Yes / No" and "Are you sure? Yes / No [ ] Never ask again".

"Delete on both sides?" would indeed be better. If you had suggested this a week earlier, I would have gladly added it, but now translation has already started. Each change now will delay the release by at least one more month.
