Backgoround copy: Make Foreground work if Total Commander is minimized to tray

Currently if to press "Foreground" button while Total Commander is minimized to Windows notification area, nothing happens.
I suggest in this case either to restore Total Commander window (if possible), or at least to make Background copy progress window disappear and instead show the progress bar on a tray icon of Total Commander.
