Request for improvement related to file copying

Suppose I have a file called a.pdf on my desktop.

And there is an a.pdf attachment in the incoming letter in Microsoft Outlook.

When saving a file to the desktop using Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V

A window's own notification window pops up.
Overwrite files, do not copy

I wish that Total commander's own notification window would pop up for this.
Overwrite, Overwrite All, Skip, Cancel, Overwrite All Old Files, Skip All, Rename, Combine Files...

And

Open the pdf file in Adobe Acrobat and drag a specific page from the page thumbnail to the Windows file explorer to copy it.
However, Total Commander cannot be copied even when dragged.

Ctrl+V is a Windows function, so I dont think it is possible go get a TC-dialog from that.

I don't have Outlook, but from my mail client I can drag an attachment to TC's file panel, and if the file exists - I will get the dialog you ask for.

Which TC / Windows version?
32/64 bit?

Do both application are on the same "integrity level", or is one app running as Admin // with admin rights?

1. Place Total Commander in the desktop path.
2. There is a file called a.pdf on the desktop.
3. There is a.pdf attachment in the letter received in Outlook.
4. Ctrl + C the attachment.
5. Execute Ctrl + V on the desktop path located in Total Commander.
6. A notification window pops up because it is copying a duplicate file. (Notification window contents: file overwrite, copy prohibited)

It would be good if the notification window for item 6 as shown below in Total Commander pops up.
Overwrite, Overwrite All, Skip, Cancel, Overwrite All Previous Files, Skip All, Rename, Combine Files...
