Hello there.

Why is it empty?

In an old version (8.0):

TC does not find any entry at your wincmd.ini file.

Possible reasons:
1. There are no entries at [PackerPlugins] section of your active wincmd.ini file (see "Help - About Total Commander")
2. Your wincmd.ini file is on a network share and could not read it on startup (using a fresh and empty ini instead)

Looks like some of the entries were wrong. I cleaned it up and now it works. Thank you!
