Button Bar: "Convert to subbar" and "Show as menu" options for groups of separated buttons

The point of suggestion is to save the space used by buttons on button bar by adding a possibility show groups of buttons, which are separated by button separators and/or the line breaks, as a single button which will show items of the group in a menu.
This could be achieved by converting the croup of buttons to a subbar linked from main bar, or in some other way that will make it possible to show the group of buttons as menu.
In user interface, that could be implemented by adding to context menu of each button some items like:
"Convert current and nearby buttons between separators to subbar"
"Convert current and nearby buttons between line breaks to subbar"
If the button, which context menu is shown, is points to a bar file (directly or with OPENBAR command),
it could also have menu items to merge subbar with default bar file and/or the subbbar file which it is part of:
"Merge to default.bar as a group of buttons separated by button separators"
"Merge to default.bar as a group of buttons separated by line breaks"
"Merge to <subbar name> as group of buttons separated by button separators"
"Merge to <subbar name> as group of buttons separated by line breaks"
