Hi Overthere,
due to a problem with my webspace I needed to find out which folder were occupying the most space. I knew that TC would calculate sizes for local drives and even network shares but this doesn't seem the case for ftp.
Is there anyway to do this in TC now? Even with a plugin? The only mentions for this feature I found date back 10 years

Size of folders on ftp

Re: Size of folders on ftp
Shift+Alt+Enter works on file-system plugins, e.g. SFTP. But AFAIK, there is no way to calculate the size of a directory structure on FTP servers the same way. There might be some FTP command which could calculate the size on the server side and return that to the client: DSIZ (see Wikipedia article). But in order to do that, the server must provide such a command, and I'm not sure if TC supports this.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
