Idiot Question - How to access settings

I'm just getting acquainted with Total Commander on Android. When going through the settings I absent-mindedly selected the option to turn the toolbar off and now I can't figure out how to access the app settings. Can anyone help an idiot out?

If you have toolbar enabled, you can add Settings button to it (I have it there as the first user-defined button :)). If some buttons don't fit screen, you can scroll the toolbar, or rotate your device.

Thanks for trying to help. Click here to see what my screen currently looks like: https://imgur.com/a/FUTjmbU. I feel like I've tapped and long-held every area on the screen but I can't find any option to add or access settings.

Tap on the last button in the bottom row, the one with two squares and two arrows.
It will open another bar on the bottom, there tap on the button with three dots. Menu will show, choose 'configure' from there.
