Option for showing the same directory names as in Windows Explorer

Total Commander shows different names for some directories than Windows Explorer. E.g. the Explorer on my German Windows 10 system shows me a directory -- automatically created by Windows -- called "Bildschirmfotos", in the TC the same directory is called "Screenshots". This is annoying.
The following case is particularly glaring: For my ASUS notebook, the manufacturer provides a handy tool called "Link to MyASUS". This tool automatically creates a directory that is called "Downloads\MyASUS" in Explorer. In TC, the same directory is called "Downloads\B9ECED6F.ASUSPCAssistant_qmba6cd70vzyy!App".
I would like to have an option in Total Commander that makes it show the same directory names as in Windows Explorer, instead of the names that it currently shows.

It's possible to do this using the
ShellDetails plugin in a custom columns view that includes this column:

ShellDetails shows the Explorer names additionally to the names normally shown by TC. That looks strange, and it's not what I want. I want TC to optionally show the explorer names instead of the names that it currently shows. And in my opinion, having this option built-in into TC should be a matter of course.

If you don't want to see the original Name column, just set its width to 1 (or 0). The solution I offered is available right now, not just at some point in the future when and/or if such an option is implemented in TC.

That does not work satisfactorily for several reasons. Anyone who tries it will see this immediately.

You did not offer a solution. EOD.

If you don't understand a suggestion, better don't reply to it.
