Verifying checksum: checksum file with swapped columns produces no error

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Hello,

manually created checksum file with file name and checksum accidentally swapped doesn't produce any error when verifying.

So file name and checksum still match?
So maybe no bug but intentional behaviour?
