Solved [TC 10.50b3] Thumbnail are no longer extracted for exe files

If I start TC with a clean ini file and set the Thumbnail database location to a blank value (so any current database is not used), then TC 10.50b3 does no longer extract icons from exe files in Thumbnail view.

This afffects both 32bit and 64bit TC. TC 10.50b1-b2 does not have this issue.

Furthermore - when I switch from Thumbnail view to Full view, icons are not shown for exe files until I reload the file panel with cm_RereadSource 1 or go out and in of the current directory. cm_ReloadFileIcons does not force the exe icons to reload in this case.

cm_RereadSource 1 is also what is needed to restore the file sizes after switching from Thumbnail to Full view.

It seems that all file types are affected this way - probably TC doesn't expect any content in a 0 bytes file - it's essentially still the same bug - https://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=412975#p412975

01.05.22 Fixed: Thumbnails view: Files with thumbnails had their displayed size reset to zero by mistake (32/64)

This seems to have also fixed the problem with missing thumbnail extraction from exe files in TC 10.50b4

Yes, I don't try to extract thumbnails from 0 byte files, so this must have been causing the problem here...
