Hello,
Currently I am trying to add a description (ctrl-z) for a huge amount of folders but look like it work only with the folder under cursor.
Is it possible to add ability add the description for all selected files\folders?

You don't need any external tool.
Just select all folders/files (even from search results or branch view) and call "Change attributes" dialog window.
Then tick "Change plugin attributes", choose
Plugin: tc
Property: comment
Value: whatever you want.
Press OK.

Unlike the utility, сhange attributes dialog may be suitable only if there are no comments for objects, but not for adding to existing ones.

Because a replacement is not an addition.

Because a replacement is not an addition.
But when you include the old value in the replacement, it kinda is.

E.G.:
Value=New comment prefix [=tc.comment] new comment suffix

Often need to add text not only to the left and right, but also inside the current comment.
In this case, this approach is not suitable within completely different volumes of text with line breaks, etc.

Why isn't it suitable?

Well, try correcting something in the middle of a voluminous comment with line breaks in this EditBox.

You can use the multi-line comment editor as well, can't you?

What kind of program is this? And what is the difference from "Multi Comment Edit", which I have given as a solution?

I meant the built-in Comment editor that opens up when you click the >> button in the Change Attributes dialog.
