Move forum TC suggestions (English) to a more prominent place

I believe the TC suggestions (English) forum is an important forum. I think it deserves a more prominent place than low in the "Total Commander bugs and suggestions" category.

I suggest to move it to the the top category (named "Total Commander"), for example just above the Total Commander Polls (English) forum. Or else to the top of the "Total Commander bugs and suggestions" category.
