Move the LS-Plugins button down to next line

In the Configure Lister dialog, the button [ LS-Plugins ] is located on the same line as Show HTML as text with links. However, when moving the active field by Tab key, it's order is the next after the line Show links in HTML with surrounding { }. The same order is used in the Help article. So, shifting this button to one line down would be logically more correct.

It's only a dialog design issue whish should be easy to fix, no need to change any code.
