10.51rc3 Secure Ftp scrollbar is missing

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

10.51rc3 Secure Ftp scrollbar is missing

When staring TC (dark mode) and SFTP connection is open in right pane the scrollbar (arrows) is missing.

After clicking on the black area the scrollbar will appear.

In Normal mode. The mouse over will show the scrollbar arrows. In dark mode there is click needed.

Confirmed. Scrollbar can be seen btw, only the arrows are missing. After the click the arrows are frozen. They don't disappear and doesn't respond to mouse over.
Tested with: Windows 11 Pro 22000.918, TC 32bit and 64bit

Don't blame me, it's a Windows 11 misfeature. The same happens with the up/down arrows in any listbox control, including the main file panels.

OK. Why it's behaves differently on normal and dark mode? It is also bug in Win11?

It seems to be a bug in Listbox controls only. I tried for example the scrollbars in Lister (main window) or in comboboxes like in the search dialog, and there it fades in and out as expected.
