Suggestion for the internal command ZIPFROMLIST:
Add an extra parameter -x"c:\subdir\sfxhead.sfx" to create a self-extracting ZIP and (optionally?) specify the sfxhead.sfx file.
Possible usage:
So you don't have to temporarily replace sfxhead.sfx in TC's program folder when you create a custom installer like described here:
