Experienced this bug for some time now. Hoped it'll get fixed sooner or later, but it's still there as of 10.51.
Windows 10 21H2, TC 10.51 (also encountered in previous versions)
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a folder (e.g. "test")
- Go into the folder and create a file (e.g. "1.txt")
- Cut the file with Ctrl+X then paste it to a different location
- Try deleting the original folder (either using F8 or Shif+Del). The following message appears: "The following folder could not be deleted - test\ Try again?"
