Small visual glitches in group border

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Ok, since we are talking about the possibility of easily changing the position of some elements in this dialog
look at my picture. Everything seems to be pretty self-explanatory. But let me clarify:
The 6 pix and 9 pix difference between borders of elements. Obviously that 9 looks much-much better.
ANSI name definitely shifted up rather more than it's competitors ASCII and Польз.
The third button definitely shifted down rather more than it's upper competitors: the purple corner shows this very clearly.
This settings window can still be extended with some height/width/indentation/margins options

OK, then it stays the way it is - I have no problem with it.
Thanks for your efforts anyway.

I suggest to support my suggestions from post above - regarding an additional changes in sizes.
Certainly this settings dialog still has room to grow. And even the likelihood of calling this window on a screen with a resolution of 800*600 will not prevent the change it in size in any way. Definitely all these elements can still be separated from each other a little bit moooooore.

It seems to happen only when I change the scaling factor in Windows itself to 125%. It does not happen when I just change the scaling factor in Total Commander to 120dpi (which is also 125%). Seems like Windows itself causes some unwanted resizing of the controls.

In the window, the two broken lines are each <1mm, which are missing in order to display the lines without interruption.
There would be enough space below the "Search result" block.

Couldn't the blocks in this window be dragged a little further down?

Basically, I support everything that helps us to solve a problem.

One needs e.g. font "Segoe UI" - "Standard" - "Size: 10" as 'Dialog box font' - in the dark mode -
so that the complained border lines are COMPLETELY represented.

If I use this font size and I have not overlooked anything, then there is only one short interruption in the dark mode
at one line, namely at the "Thumbnails" -> Thumbnail size: ... Line break below "Pixels".
(This broken line is also there in font size 9).

There were other visual glitches when using dark mode and "Segoe UI" - "Standard" - "Size: 9" as 'Dialog box font'.
I have sent you another picture by email on 28.10.2022.
