TC 10.5x - BUG in MRT - quasi conflict name on Branch View

MRT reports a names conflict that does not exist.
Create 3 subdirectories under e.g C:\TEST

3
each with same content e.g
1.TXT
2.TXT
3.TXT
Go to TEST directory, enable Branch View, select all files, call MRT
You see 9 files
Try to rename - clear extension field, so new names are

Press "Start!"
Dialog window appears:
If you press "Yes" files are renamed corectly - no error!
This bug looks similar to https://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=75348 but this one does NOT occurs on TC 10.00
Also no hangs here, just misleading error message.
