We added .wcx to the list of Dangerous Extensions that some app control policies do not allow.
Well, .wcx files are dlls, so they should be handled with the same caution as .exe files. It surprises me a bit that Microsoft limits files by extension and not by content.
I suspect it is because of a different use of the wcx extension:
It is also used for the windows "RemoteApp and Desktop Connections Configuration File"

Configuration files are normaly not considered being dangerous.
TC wcx files are executable code and therefore may be classified as risky.
