Works fine for me. Guess your browser doesn't allow unencrypted connections. If so, copy the mirror link, paste it into the address bar and replace "http://" with "https://", and it will work even for such "dumb" browsers.

Apart from that, this is not a bug in TC, and this thread should probably be moved to the plugins subforum.
