[TC 11.00b4] "cm_EditNewFile 1" opens an editor regardless of parameter 1 when it mapped to key [S-F7]

cm_EditNewFile 1 : opens an editor regardless of parameter 1 when it mapped to key [S-F7]
--> in 11.00b3, "cm_EditNewFile 1" worked well with [S-F7].

Typping "cm_EditNewFile 1" in command window at bottom doesn't open an editor.
