cm_EditNewFile 1 : opens an editor regardless of parameter 1 when it mapped to key [S-F7]
--> in 11.00b3, "cm_EditNewFile 1" worked well with [S-F7].
Typping "cm_EditNewFile 1" in command window at bottom doesn't open an editor.

Confirmed fixed in TC 11.00b5history.txt wrote:25.05.23 Fixed: Commands with numeric parameters: The parameter was ignored when used in hotkeys, e.g. command=cm_Select, parameter=5 (32/64)
