It's not the same: [A] does this for both files and folders. [N] only does it for folders, not for files.

I meant that there and there it is logical to use the same turn of speech: name with extension.

As discussed before, the placeholder was changed to be only [I] for both enabling and disabling the function in beta 6, e.g.
[I][N] - [I][E]
would insert the entire directory name with [N] and still append the "extension" with [E].
Since placeholders can be combined, what you wrote is now equivalent to
[I][1-]
