Help: move all commands to 'one' or more page(s) like ini settings

To be honest, I find the help itself to be cumbersome to navigate at times and quickly find the information I need, especially when it comes to commands.
For Ini all settings are listed on three pages. I would suggest the same for all commands sorted by commands with parameters, and the rest.
When I search for a command I'm presented with various options in "select topic to display", I don't always find them to have a "logical" title when it comes to the command I'm looking for, a "command" list is what I'm after.
Commands with parameters is now listed under "Dialog box: Choose command", I would "move" them to the above mentioned page and simply link to that page from "Dialog box: Choose command".
