[BUG]TC 11RC3 - Tasten.Txt "format" is differently to Keyboard.Txt

In the file keyboard.txt the width for the key is 24 characters but in the german file tasten.txt its only 14 for Taste
which leads to explanations of shortcuts starting on the line AFTER the shortcut (see example below)
this needs be fixed

Also the file keyboard.txt has ~ put under the words Key & Action for each letter
but the file tasten.txt is missing that line

Both error seem to have gone unnoticed since at least TotalCommander Version 6.54a

Yes. They have different space formatting, another keys order in some places and some another differences.

Enclosed is also an updated keyboard.htm for the German totalcmd.chm file, where I (like in tasten.txt) have normalized Umsch and Tab to UMSCH and TAB, and changed the order of the NUM entries to the same as in the English help / keyboard.txt

You made it similar to the English version but forgot to make the description one paragraph. Furthermore, I think the German version was the good one and the English version should be changed to match the German version.

The longest line in keyboard.txt is 121 characters, so I made sure that number wasn't exceeded in tasten.txt where it is 113 characters.

Clearly he hasn't been consistent, so if he gives us a number we can fix it.

By the way, I noticed some inconsistencies in the Help about the command line keys. I marked them in this screenshot. It doesn't seem right.

The item in Command Line: Keys - Cursor Keys is missing this (important) info in German:

If Brief view is selected, these keys move the cursor through the source directory. You
then have to hold down SHIFT to move it inside the command line.
