Compare Directories issue with "Warning: ..... show the same directory!"

There are two similar directory trees on different disks; the contents should be the same.
The goal was to find files that have the same size and contents, but different date.
Flat file lists were created by using File Find and then Feed to Listbox on both sides, next was Compare Directories (Shift+F2).
The message was
Warning: The left and right side show the same directory!

Lists contain files from different disks, so the message is not quite correct.
How difficult would be to make Compare Directories working in this case?

Confirmed.

TC should definitely not show "Warning: The left and right side show the same directory!" when the two search results are on different disks.

Also I get the same illogical error message if the two search results are on the same partition, but has different base directories.

Similar comparisons works OK if I use Branch view (Ctrl+B) in both panels.

This should be fixed in Total Commander 11.01 RC1, please test it!
