[TC 11.01rc2 64-bit] Port Connection To Other PC - up/down key support

The Up/Down keys don't work the way they work in other dialogs or in the same dialog of 32-bit TC.

Confirmed - I can not cycle with arrow-Down (stops at "Cancel"), and the arrow Up has no effect.

Thanks, I can reproduce the problem. The 32-bit version works fine.
The same dialog is used in many other places, e.g.
with 2 rows: FTP confirm overwrite when downloading a single file
with 3 rows: FTP confirm overwrite when downloading multiple files.

Confirmed fixed in TC 11.01rc3

Also confirmed that it now works the same as 32-bit TC. Though I find the behavior for the dialogs when confirming overwriting an FTP download of one file (2 rows) or multiple files (3 rows) quite weird.
