Open on the left file panel something inside C:\Program Files (x86)\, on the right file panel - something a little updated compared to the open one on the left panel...
Now call SyncDir. Run Compare process. Now something identical will be found and something different. Now select something on left panel - which we want to delete! For this - Call corresponding menu item from context menu called over this list item. AND you will see the dialog, which is saying that:

But no problems - we just must choose "As Administrator". And all is fine now. File will be deleted with easy.
So - now lets do the sacrament of synchronization.... Mark proper files from right panel for copying against of outdated similar files on the left panel and press ''Syncronize...' button. Finally select the option 'Confirm overwrites...' And....

I am deeply sorry - but where are all these supporting buttons like on a dialog from above????????
Why aren't there at least the necessary buttons to work on behalf of the administrator???

Maybe because they are not necessary :)
To synchronize protected dirs, I always start an enhanced TC first.
Of course, I know what dirs are protected.

Sorry, synchronize dirs does not currently support copying as admin. This isn't a bug, it's a missing feature. I'm therefore moving this thread to the suggestions forum.
