[TC 11.02] Change attributes: change existing comment using >> button -> random characters

• Select a file that has a file comment and the comments file is a plain text file
• Select menu option Files/Change Attributes
• Enable Change plugin attributes
• Select plugin "tc" and property "Comment"
• Click the >> button behind the value field

The comment editor pops up and instead of the existing comment, random Chinese looking characters are displayed.

Bug introduced in 11.02 release candidate 2 due to this fix:

Confirmed, and as you wrote, only for plain text descript.ion not for Unicode or UTF-8 descript.ion files

This should be fixed in Total Commander 11.03 RC1, please check it!

Tested OK using TC 11.03rc1 32-bit and 64-bit.
