[TC 11.02] The Change Start Menu dialog should have an Apply button

• Select menu option Start/Change Start Menu

This opens the Change Start Menu dialog where you can change TC's start menu. Here you can make many changes to the Start menu and it is not immediately clear to the user that when you close the dialog by other means than using the OK button, all changes are lost. By adding an Apply button, users are given the option to save the changes at any point and it becomes clear that changes may not be saved when the user closes the dialog. Additionally, the inclusion of an Apply button would maintain consistency with the Configuration/Options dialog.

This is definitely not a bug, but a feature. If something needs to be expanded or changed, which - by the way - seems completely unnecessary to me, then it belongs in the suggestion forum. So move it there.
