Click on "From active panel" to load the date in the expected format.

I select the file in which the date needs to be changed. "Files", "Change attributes", editing the date, click "OK".
Get error - "Invalid input!". It worked before.

I get the error you show if I try to enter the date in a format that does not comply with the date format for the Windows system.

My System date format is DD-MM-yyyy and if I try to enter a date in the format yyyy.DD.MM I get the error.

if you run the command intl.cpl what does the "Short date" show?

My system short date format is dd.MM.yyyy.
I changed the date format in the program settings. It was by default. The attributes window now shows the date in dd.MM.yyyy.
Date changes successfully.
