[TC 11.03rc4] Bug with multiple Alt+Shift+Enter

1. Open any folder with non-empty sub-folders.
2. Alt+Shift+Enter to count their size.
3. Alt+Shift+Enter to count their size again.
4. Alt+Shift+Enter to count their size again and again.
Now look to the bottom -- total files size. It becomes larger and larger.

Both 32 and 64 bit TC.
Win 10 21H2 x64.

Confirmed, error was caused by this bugfix:

21.01.24 Fixed: Total size in footer was off by 1 byte per subdirectory after counting the sizes (32/64)

I removed the function to subtract the old size for all values, not just for -1.
