Problems with TC 11.03 and Microsoft Photos app

I am using the newest photos app from Windows Store. When opening pictures in the jpg, gif format from within TC with Microsoft photos it usually works with the first picture but when then trying to browse to the next picture i get a never ending spinning wheel and no matter how many pictures i try to browse from that first picture i opened i always get that spinning wheel.

I tried to open them normally outside TC and everything works as intented.

Is this a bug? Or the Microsoft Photos don't like being opened from within TC?
