[TC 11.50b1] 7Zip packer dictionary size limit

First, thanks for adding internal 7Zip packer.

In Compression settings, there is option to set Dictionary size for LZMA2.
It works fine up to 1536M, but with 2048, 3072 and 3840M values give error: Cannot set the dictionarty size: Inverlid dictionarty suze for the chosen compression method.

I know that those higher limits were added recently to external 7Zip and they work fine with external packer.
Perhaps it is the same with internal packer to make it work.

In beta 1, setting the dictionary size is broken. Please wait for beta 2.

This should have been fixed in 11.50 beta 2, please check!
