Pack files icon

TotalCmd adds "Pack files" entry in context menu. Maybe then it's also worth adding an icon (#30)?

Not a big "must have", but it would make it more clear that the menu item is referring to packing with TC, if TC's pack icon (wcmicons.dll #30) was shown
